PTC is not an Autosurf, Multi-Level-Marketing, Pyramid, Ponzi, Matrix or "Get Rich Quick"

PTC mean Paid-to-Click ads.

This is easy to do, with or without skills in computer as long as you know the basic in computer, its just clicking the ads at a certain time, like say at 20 seconds up to 30 seconds or more you will earn from $0.001 up to $0.02 or more.

How does it works?
You view website in a few seconds via a "Surf Ads" page. Once the few seconds is up. You'll either get a green tick sign or a red "X". The green tick sign means you've earned money for the visit and the red "X" mean you have not earned money for your visit. You'll get the red X's when have more than one websites from the "Surf Ads" open. When this happens you get no credit..

You can create only one account.
Other people in your household can join provided that they have their own computer, One computer per account.
